MADONNA THE REBOUND POP QUEEN
An initial look at this video shows a horrific accident that could have caused a major damage to legendary singer, Madonna, and even marred her performance, but her rebound move, also suggests that it could be a stunt to depict the lyrics of the song she was performing – “Living Love” at the Brit Awards. The song includes a lyric about stumbling, then continues “I’m gonna carry on…” The 56-year-old pop queen continued with the performance like the fall was scripted to happen that way.
Madonna was closing the glamorous Brits Awards ceremony in London yesterday (Wednesday, February 25, 2015) when the incident happened. She appeared with masked male dancers wearing devil’s horns, while she wore a large cloak with a very long veil. The outfit appeared tangled beneath her feet, as she fell three steps off the stage, to the amazement of her dancers. Their facial reaction wasn’t known because they were masked up, but they stayed in position, as the diva stood up to continue with her performance.
After the show, Madonna posted a picture of her outfit on Instagram with the caption, “Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight, but nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes. I’m fine.”
Whatever the case is, Madonna has over the years proven that she was born to do this and the standing ovation she go after her performance was probably enough to eliminate the walk of shame.
