The Ilorin edition of Ragabomi Nite had artists like Ruggedman,Tunde Ednut,Shegzy and Rapsmith. The venue was Club Cloud 9 inside Bovina View Hotel Ilorin.
The artists visited Royal FM and Cruise FM for radio interviews and hype for the night’s event. Loads of excited people called in to talk to the artists and wish Mbryo good luck.
Fans started turning up at the event from 8pm. After some hours of fun with the other performing acts, Ruggedy Baba introduced the star act of the day – Mbryo, amidst cheers and applauds from the expectant fans. It may interest you to know that all the fear his acceptance or rejection was allayed when he started performing. The people were happy to see him live and got to see him in action.
Apparently, Mbryo’s music was already enjoying massive airplay in the city, hence it was a treat for the fans to have the opportunity to attend the very first Ragabomi night. Many agreed they were looking at a star in the making.
Copies of Rugged Records collaboration album ‘Money Making Music’ and MyStreetz magazine were given out to lucky Ilorin fans.
At the end of the day, the event was marked – successful and Mbryo was shown a lot of love and support.
