KNOWING PEOPLE ENTERTAINMENT in conjunction with HENNESSY and SOUL LOUNGE is set to exclusively usher fun lovers into Nigeria’s 53rd Independence Day. They will be hosting the maiden edition of NIGERIA’S PRE-INDEPENDENCE WHITE MASK PARTY at Soul Lounge, (The Palms, Lekki) on Monday, September 30, 2013.
The event, to be attended strictly by invitation will be packed with interesting activities such as Green Carpet walkway, National Flag signing, mass recitation of the National Anthem, fireworks, white mask, cocktail, comedy and live music.
Other principal participants at the coming event include Gbenga Adeyinka The 1st, who will be entertaining and directing the flow of the party. The talented and legendary Sound Sultan will be dishing live renditions of his past and present hits alongside Sharp Band. The beautiful, Yvonne Vixen will also be on ground to host the iconic Green Carpet in style.
According to Mr. Destiny Onifade, CEO Knowing People Entertainment, “The primary motive of this event is to encourage Unity amongst Nigerians. The White Mask represents Peace, regardless of who you are and where you’re from. The party is more symbolic than just bringing people together for fun sake”.
The organizers have also revealed that the signed flag of Nigeria will be sent to the Ministry of Information and then to the National museum. The Pre-Independent White Mask Party initiative will be held annually to promote and showcase unity, strength and peace amongst Nigerians. “This party can only accommodate a few guests, but we shall expand and create room for more, on the next one”, concludes Mr. Destiny.
