In less than 365 days, Nigeria entertainment spotlight will be shining on one person and that person will be…………….. Well really I don’t know who but just like me, y’all can only but wait to see ‘who’ as the process unfolds. And like the Lagos lotto slogan says – ‘e fit be you’.

This superstar search is coming from the axis of Centage Savings and Loans Limited and conjunction with Kennis Music.

The initiative according to Mr. Kenny Ogungbe is backed with the drive to make Nigeria’s music industry a level ground where talented people can come in, showcase the stuff they are made of and be rewarded accordingly. And with the support of Centage Savings and Loans Limited (Mortgage Bankers) on this project, the sky can only be the starting point.

Centage Savings and Loans Limited has gat Ex-Directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria as its board of directors and they have teamed up with Kennis Music to give out loads of mouth-watering prizes to the best amongst the rest.

The last man standing, according to the organizers will drive home a brand new Toyota Prado Jeep, a cash prize of 2 million Naira and a 10 million Naira record deal with Kennis Music.

The first runner-up will drive home a brand new Toyota Corolla and One million Naira while the second runner-up will go home with N500, 000. 00 and a consolation prize to be announced later.

An interesting part for contenders in this competition is that they stand a chance to win a million box from the regional auditions. According to the organizers, the best of each region will win a cash prize of 1 million Naira before moving over to the grand finale in March 2010 to combat other regional winners for the top spot.

Like that is not enough, one person from the contenders or from the general public will win a house located in Abuja.

Kennis Music, spearheaded by Kenny Ogungbe and Dayo Adeneye (D-1) has championed the cause for numerous artistes in Nigeria. The roll call includes The Remedies, Azadus, Sound Sultan, Kenny Saint Brown, Essence, Baba Dee, OJB and 2Face Idibia to mention a few.

And talking about talent hunts – Kennis Music has continuously been entrusted with the music careers of winners of other talent competitions. Protégés like of KC Presh, Diamondz and most recently The Pulse are handy references.

The promo for this event will roll off from this week as well as the forms which will be selling at the rate of three thousand five hundred naira at all UBA, Intercontinental Bank and Centage branches across the nation.
